These terms apply when you use ARETEKIT and its tools. By using the site, you agree to them.

The service

  • ARETEKIT offers small web tools, such as BRAIN DUMP, for organizing thoughts and choosing next steps. ARETEKIT is operated by AIDONNA, Republic of Korea.
  • Core features are free and do not require an account.

Your content

  • What you write belongs to you. It is stored in your own browser, not on our servers.
  • Because we never receive your content, we cannot recover it. You are responsible for keeping backups using the export feature.

PLUS

  • PLUS is an optional one-time purchase that unlocks additional features in a specific tool. It is not a subscription.
  • Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the included features. Price, taxes and the exact features are shown before you pay.
  • Refunds follow applicable consumer protection law and the refund terms shown at checkout.
  • PLUS features keep data in your browser. Cloud sync is not included unless clearly stated.

Acceptable use

  • Please do not disrupt or overload the service, try to bypass license checks, resell or redistribute the tools, or use them for unlawful purposes.

Not professional advice

  • Our tools help with everyday organization and reflection. They are not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. If you are struggling, please reach out to a qualified professional.

Changes and availability

  • We may improve, change or retire tools over time. We will try to give reasonable notice before removing features you have paid for.

Disclaimer and liability

  • The tools are provided as they are. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages, or for loss of data stored in your browser. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Intellectual property

  • The ARETEKIT name, logo, design and software belong to AIDONNA. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

Governing law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes will be handled by the competent court under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
